Steve Bye THE Landscape Guy!  I have been using S&B Lawn Services for quite a few years - they completely remodeled my landscaping when I moved into an older home in Carrollwood Village.  Steve is the owner and closely manages every project; he clearly enjoys what he does and puts a lot of enthusiasm into his work.  He answers his cell phone(!), responds to texts and keeps in close contact with his employees.  Steve is VERY creative and has included pergolas, walkways and pool landscaping into my overall design - it's like getting a free Landscape Architect included with his work.  Sometimes he comes over before a project to just walk around and "think" of the best and creative ideas.  Also, when I ask if something is possible his answer is always "of course!"

Earlier this year my husband and I made the decision to invest a significant amount of money into a home improvement project. This project entailed removing the remains of a huge oak tree and removing all the landscape material from the front yard. We retained one large palm as a centerpiece but removed every plant and every blade of grass. In addition to this landscape project, we decided to do a hardscape project that included the demolition of our driveway and the installation of pavers in its place. We also had the sidewalk leading up to our front porch and the porch covered with thin set pavers. We contracted with S&B Landscape to complete the entire scope of work. Steve did an excellent job designing our new front yard. He was sensitive to our likes and dislikes regarding plant material and designed a landscape plan that met our specifications and our vision. Steve worked with us on a redesign of the driveway and made suggestions that were very helpful as we tried to decide on the best use of the space we have. We could not be happier with the final project. It is my pleasure to recommend Steve and his company. Steve has always been prompt in returning my calls which is very important to me. As the result of the excellent experience we had on our landscape project, we switched our regular landscape maintenance over to S&B. They continue to do a fine job with our landscape maintenance and I found their pricing to be very competitive.
